I Know That Its Been Said Before...

...but god damn, Jon Miller and Joe Morgan are awful. After Miller misidentified the Mets as the Cubs FOR A THIRD TIME (!!!) I gave up. Morgan's stating one thing and then stating the exact opposite to contradict himself didn't seem as awful as Miller's mistakes.

And while we're at it, fuck Joe Buck and Tim McCarver as well. Saturday McCarver said he didn't know why pitching coaches went out to the mound to talk to pitchers because it made it clear to everyone in the stands the pitcher was struggling. I don't know Tim, maybe the pitching coach is going out there to HELP THE PITCHER PITCH BETTER? Fucking moron.

Congrats Mr. Glavine; now lets move on and try to win 2 out of 3 from the Braves, shall we?

I have to tell you that I almost chewed my own head off watching ESPN last night. ESPN should be reported to Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, PETA and whomever else you report things to. I wouldn't be surprised if they show the Game of the Week at Guantanamo. To the inmates.

What you said about Jon and Joe, and I'll get back to that.

But why do they show every fucking thing in the stadium besides the play-- and then split-screen that with NASCAR promos? What the !@# did Jose Reyes do after Glavine's base hit? I'll have to check the box score because not only did I not see it on the screen, Jon and Joe didn't see fit to mention it. And that wasn't the only thing.

And Joe Morgan obsessing over Fontenot's play at second, repeating the same thing over and over again, maybe changing one word for variety, and in the meantime preventing any other fucking thing that happened in the inning from being mentioned? Oh my God, I was clawing my eyes out. Tom Glavine should sue them. Having your milestone happen on ESPN is the worst thing that can happen to it.

And you know what really sucks? That broadcast is on a DELAY, so that means if you turn off the sound on those clowns and try to listen to the radio, you-- well, you can't.

BTW, I love Tom Glavine. I hate ESPN. Gary, Keith and Ron, Bill Webb, and your cast of thousands, you are gold, I tell you, gold.

PS, I suppose there are people who won't agree eith me, but will Alyssa Milano please go straight to hell? I am so sick of seeing her promoting her skank-wear when I'm trying to watch a baseball game. Like that experience isn't already packed to the nanosecond with advertising.
